When we were growing up, my aunt used to make special bags for us. They will have extra candies or money that normal cheats can't get.

Now that I'm an aunt, I do the same for our nieces and nephews (plus our friends' kids). They get something extra when they eat here.

If you're looking to do the same but want something simpler, look no further than our Halloween Lollipop Holders. They only take a few minutes, are super cute and a great way to make your lollipops extra special

You don't need fancy cars or SVG files to make them. All you need is a pair of scissors and a little patience.

You can use any lollipop in this project, but flat lollipops are much easier to use than round lollipops, for example.

Of course, if you're like me and looking for Halloween treats on a budget, grab some candy on sale or grab a coupon and you should be able to do it.

Cut out the ghost image from the card making sure the bottom of the ghost fits the folds of the card.

When you cut out the shape, you want to make sure it's big enough to cover all the lollipops. Quick tip: Place the lollipop on the cardboard and mark with a pencil to be careful when cutting.

If you cut the card smaller than the lollipop, it defeats the purpose of the craft.

Make a small hole in the center of the fold with a hole punch. You want to try to line up the punch so that it goes halfway up the paper (this will make a full circle when you open the paper).

Use a black marker to outline the edge of the ghost image. At the bottom, be sure to draw curved lines to create a "wave" under the ghost. When making the bend, be sure to pass it over the drilled hole, not through it.

Draw the face of the ghost on the front side of the paper.

If you make a lot of ghost lollipops, you can give them different expressions. These are super cute if you're going to display them or keep them as a Halloween treat.

Continue until the lollipops run out.

Candy holder for Halloween - with your own hands. FAQ:

How to take the perfect dream photo?

You can freely appear as ghosts by cutting the cards. If you want something more uniform, you can fold a piece of printer paper in half and cut out the image of the ghost. Then place it on the cardboard and cut a shape out of it.

If you use printer paper as a template, you'll end up with the same ghost-shaped pacifier stand every time.

What type of pacifier works best with ghost pacifier holders?

When making these Halloween ghost lollipops, we used flat lollipops because flat ghost lollipops are easy to fold.

If you can't find flat lollipops, you can use round lollipops. Smaller lollipops, like the ones we used in our DIY birthday lollipop tower, are easier to use than larger lollipops.

Are there free Halloween ghost candy holder printables?

We do not have a printed ghost lollipop for Halloween owners. We just take them apart by hand with scissors, so we don't have a template for this.

As far as free Halloween printables go, we have a free You've Been Bud printable. We also have a free printable that you can display in front of your Halloween treats in case you and your family miss it at treat time.
