According to local reports, the video, which was taken outside England, shows two neighbors fighting with gardening tools and one person suffering a head injury.
The Mirror reports that two neighbours, Dean Nicholas and Paul Benton, have taken Nicholas to court years after a fight outside their home in 2021 Ashby Close, Northamptonshire.
In a video shot by another neighbor, Nicholas and Benton are seen standing outside their neighborhood in July 2021, when Nicholas throws a pair of pruning shears at Benton's head.
"You're crazy," shouted Nicholas Benton as he put down his shears and another pair of garden shears, reports the Mirror.
The purchase argument from the city of Florida was made because the woman put the page up because it was strong.
"Calm down. I can't believe you did this," Benton replied as Nicholas held the scissors to Benton's head.

Nicholas is seen returning home before continuing to yell at Benton.
"You brought this thing," Benton said, referring to the gardening tools Nicholas was carrying. "Man, you're going to have a heart attack."
Police in Texas confirmed to the Texas Police Association that a man shot his neighbor while fighting over loud music.
"I was taking him to the garden," replied Nicholas.
Prosecutors said the incident happened when Benton was in the backyard and called Nicholas after seeing him sitting in his car.
"Mr. Benton saw the defendant sitting in her car. He pointed at her. He had upset the defendant many times in the past. The defendant went into her house and took a large iron rod about a meter long," reported "Mirror". This is what prosecutor Jonathan Stone said.
Stone said Nicholas grabbed a pair of scissors and then threw them at Benton's head.
A good Samaritan saved his neighbor with a knife by using a leaf blower.
"He then took some keys and threw them at the informant's head. He shouted at the complainant and accused him of beating him. The complainant was heard saying that he just wanted to go back to the garden."
The head injury forced doctors at Kettering General Hospital to sculpt the wound, Benton said.
"It is fair to say that they are not friends, but there were no other incidents," SWNS reported.
Nicholas appeared in court this month and was found guilty despite denying causing bodily harm. He was jailed for 45 weeks and the judge said he had a "good chance" of rehabilitation after the incident.
Nicholas was ordered to pay restitution to Benton of about 280 pounds, or $356.
