Weave wreaths at Sea to Sky Farm.

At Sea to Sky Farm, Jess Tunis will host a wreath workshop at 6040 Bonny Doon Road, Santa Cruz on December 10 at 1:00 p.m. Visit the greenhouse and take part in this beautiful workshop where you will learn how to make beautiful seasonal bouquets of local flowers to decorate your winter home. On the first Saturday there is a free guided tour of the park.

Explore all that the Arboretum has to offer on one of our beautiful 60-90 minute garden tours around the world on a 60-90 minute teacher or staff led garden tour. Tours are held the first Saturday of each month from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the UCSC Arboretum, 1156 High St. Santa Cruz. Sometimes you will see New Zealand and South Africa or California and Australia. Sometimes you can see a combination of several gardens, the global collection of conifers, or a rare grove. The duration of the tour varies depending on what is thriving and what visitors need. You can also book an instructor-led tour for small groups. Simply submit the form at the bottom of the tour page and you will be contacted. This tour is free with paid admission to the Arboretum. Admission is $10 for adults, $8 for seniors, $5 for children, and free for Arboretum members and UCSC students. Meeting with the guide in front of the office. Enter the Australian Gardens from the visitor car park and follow the green shaft to the meeting rooms and restrooms.

Cultural tour with gifts, master class

Join us in creating holiday-inspired farm-to-food gift baskets on December 11 at Jeans Farm Art, 1690 Pleasant Valley Road, Aptos, from 12:30pm-3:00pm. The University of California, San Francisco Arboretum is holding a holiday open day

Attend Norrie's Gift & Garden Shop's annual holiday home open Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at UCSC Arboretum 1156 High St., Santa Cruz. You will find yourself surrounded by handcrafted bouquets, ornaments, centerpieces, fresh gardens, beautiful woodlands, and more. The event will feature special products from Ferd Bergholz and Linda Anderson. You can buy both dried flowers and bouquets of live flowers. Members get a 10% discount.
